LouCity & Racing Foundation

LouCity & Racing Foundation is committed to ensuring that soccer is accessible to all kids, regardless of their financial circumstances. Through community partnerships with schools and youth service providers, the foundation uses soccer to give young people a safe place and the opportunity to dream, thrive, and succeed.

Each year, they host the Soccer Ball, a fundraiser that supports their mission. In 2025 the organization chose to highlight Yasir’s story during the event. Yasir is a 13-year-old Afghan immigrant whose participation in LouCity programs illustrates the foundation’s mission in action.
